The Talmetrics Assessment Analysis Center is a web-based tool that provides easy access to the database of assessment scores and patterns. The key to developing and maintaining benchmarks is the ability to link the assessment data to job and employee demographic information such as company, job title, job location, and hire and assessment dates. While the Talinsight team develops the custom benchmarks our clients also have access to the Center to conduct research, analyze the assessment scores and patterns of their candidates and employees, and to identify past candidates and employees to fill positions.
