The Dimension Risk Analysis is a custom benchmarking tool which is used to evaluate a candidate’s fit for the benchmarked job. Through our comprehensive database of assessment scores, patterns, and employee ratings, we evaluate each assessment dimension to determine the score ranges and patterns that differentiate the high and low performers. This information is communicated through high, moderate, and low risk ranges. These risk ranges are compared to the candidate’s profile to provide a basis for determining the candidate’s overall assessment-based risk and to identify relevant interview questions.
